Gary R. Clayton, M.D.
Since 1991, Dr. Clayton has been practicing medicine in Southeast Texas. He completed his medical training in the area of family practice at the Medical College of Virginia in
Richmond, Virginia.
He is a graduate of Texas A & M University College in College Station, Texas.
Dr. Clayton is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and Jefferson County Medical Society.
Cesily Caldwell Cormier, ACNP-BC
Mrs. Cormier has a Master's degree in nursing and is a Register Nurse. She is currently a licensed and board certified Acute Care
Nurse Practitioner.
She completed her graduate training at The University of Texas Medical Branch in
Galveston, Texas.
Mrs. Cormier has received many awards and honors in both undergraduate and master's nursing programs.
She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
